E:Builders

Show the work behind the result.

E:Builders is the network for people who make things: 3D prints, software, shop work, art and repairs. Posts, follows and profiles that show the work, not just the render.

Your handle

Your handle is chosen here, later.

One E:MERGENCE account opens every app, and you don't need a handle to create it. Your E:Builders handle, the public name your work is known by, is picked on this page, signed in with that account.

  1. Create your account

Name, email and a password. One account for every E:MERGENCE app.

  2. Choose your handle

When E:Builders handles open, you claim yours here, signed in. Until then, nothing to do: your account is ready when they are.

  3. Post the proof

Progress, photos, files and screenshots. Signed in, the E:Builders feed is already open.

What belongs in the feed

Anything you can prove you made.

A post can be a build note, a photo set, a file drop, a progress update, a screenshot or a question. The messy middle between idea and finished object is welcome.

3D prints

Results, failed tests, revisions, painted parts, and the real object after the slicer hype is gone.

Software builds

Screenshots, dashboards, tools, prototypes, interface experiments and the notes behind them.

Shop work

Carpentry, jigs, repairs, tool mods, CNC, electronics, paint and finishing.

Art and objects

The final piece, and the process that shows how it came together.

E:Badge · coming soon

Trust that travels with the build.

You find a model with a great picture and good reviews, print it, and spend thirty minutes fixing what the picture never showed. The E:Badge is being built to end that: a mark that points back to the work behind it, with build photos, release notes, community ratings and the profile that earned it.

The badge system has not launched. The review flow, the embed format and the submission tools are still being built.

  1. Earn it

Submit a release with photos, notes and revisions. The community reviews quality and documentation.

  2. Embed it

Approved work gets a live badge for model pages, bios and product listings.

  3. Keep it true

If trust drops, the badge can be reduced or withdrawn.
